The best ride on two wheels! Come try it yourself and see what all the buzz is about! Whizz off on a 90 minute guided Segway safari tour that takes you over various terrain while showing you sites of interest and some of the key attractions. The two hour city safari begins with an indoor training session followed by street training in a secluded location. The tour then proceeds past historic locations including William Paca House, St John's College and the Maryland State House, founded in 1649.

You will then travel through to West Street, past the Banneker Douglas Museum, the Court House and City Hall over to the St Mary's Church. The tour concludes with a ride around City Dock and Market Place.

48 HOURS MINIMUM ADVANCE BOOKING REQUIRED. This tour does not offer hotel pick-up. Please reserve online, or call us toll-free at 888-794-8291. There is a $3.95 processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Segways are incredibly easy to use; they are self balancing, and move just like we do. There is no accelerator - no brakes - just lean forward to go forward, lean back to go back and stand still to stop

Riding a Segway is completely intuitive and training is included with the Safaris tours - riders can usually operate the Segway with ease within 10 minutes. And it is lots of fun! Glide at speeds up to 12.5 mph and get an up close personal look at the sites.

Note:
~ All Segway riders in Maryland must be at least 14 years old and weigh less than 260 lbs.
~ Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
~ All riders are required to take the supervised training by a trainer, and wear the safety headgear while on the safari.
~ Riders are responsible for all damage to equipment and will be required to pay damage fees assessed by a manager.
~ Riders will be required to sign a waiver of liability.
~ Segway riding is not recommended for pregnant women.
~ Plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to scheduled safari time.
